Hey everyone! I’m Isabella (@yawlle/Instagram), a mobile Android developer at a bank working fully remote, 28 years old, living in Vitória, Brazil, and a huge fan of this blog! [Editor: Thank you, Isabella!]
I’m a firm believer that having a prepped bag is like heading out on a quest in an open-world game with your inventory close at hand. I don’t get how anyone leaves the house with just a wallet in their back pocket!
My bag is mostly geared toward comfort and keeping my phone charged as long as possible. I could throw in some makeup essentials to keep things touched up, but I never actually use them once they’re in the bag, so I left those out. Let’s get into the items!

- Kaol Porfírio Shoulder Bag Game Bag 3: I really love this bag for its crossbody shape, its size, the padded panel for pins and buttons so there’s no risk of losing them, and the side pockets where I’ll eventually be fitting a 300ml water bottle.
- Black cat-print wallet: For ID, cards, and cash.
- Canson A6 100g/m² sketchbook: For drawing and notes. I like it a lot, but I actually prefer cotton-rag paper.
- Uniball Zento 0.38 pen: This is the best pen in the world! It’s waterproof, smooth, fine-tipped and pretty, cheap, comfortable to hold. Highly recommend!
- Hand sanitizer: I always like having a little bottle on me — I hate having sweaty, sticky hands.
- Nasal decongestant spray: Everyone’s got a vice, this is mine. I don’t usually use it when I’m out, I just keep it on hand because I’ve been in situations where I could’ve enjoyed the moment more if my nose hadn’t been stuffed up. Yeah, honestly I keep it in the bag mostly for peace of mind.
- Nivea lip balm: I was never a lip balm person, but I noticed it really helps stop those little cracks and sores from showing up in the cold, so now I’m hooked.
- Casio Vintage Mini Silver Women’s Wristwatch: I really love this Casio. It’s small, delicate, tells time, has an alarm, and holds up well — mine’s six years old now. I think that’s how watches should be: simple, not overly techy.
- Samsung 10,000mAh portable charger: These days a portable charger is basically mandatory to survive the tiny batteries in modern phones. I really like this one — it has fast-charge mode and is slim and comfortable to carry around.
- Huawei FreeBuds SE 2 earbuds: I highly recommend these for people like me who don’t like earbuds with silicone tips. They look great, the case is small, the battery life is insane, and the sound quality is amazing. It’s an earbud that punches way above its price. I put this strawberry case on them to make them even cuter!
- Chilli Beans lens cloth and cleaning spray set: Highly recommend — it cleans well, it’s compact, and it’s always on hand for wiping off fingerprints and dust from my lenses.

- Tamagotchi Nano Pompompurin Version: Not pictured with other items, but I recently got an original Bandai Tamagotchi! This is the Nano version, styled after Pompompurin. It has all the classic Tamagotchi features, and it’s so satisfying watching the little guy grow!
That’s it, everyone! Thanks to anyone who made it this far — I love this feature and I’m always excited to read about your bags and desktops too!
