And sometimes I find it funny, too.<\/p>\n<p>Brazilian startup Jumpad is intriguing from the pitch itself: a \u201cself\u2011hosted platform, deployed on the company\u2019s cloud\u201d that lets you enable APIs from external services like OpenAI and Google. Hm, okay. The service \u201cinvolves engagement dashboards and gamified trainings, contributing to cultural transformation.\u201d As an example of \u201ccultural transformation,\u201d we\u2019re treated to this gem:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>At one client, it was found that 25% of employees\u2019 time was spent on calls and meetings, but about 80% of them were not actively participating.
